We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

All of our products are made‑to‑order and handcrafted; minor imperfections and irregularities may occur and are not considered defects. Variations in colour and final appearance may occur due to the natural materials used.

We do not guarantee the lifetime of the roses; our only promise is that they last “at least” 1 year, dependent on proper aftercare.

Our preserved roses are fragile; minor cracks on petals are inevitable.

We may make substitutions of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery.

We cannot guarantee colour accuracy due to variations in monitor displays.

Placing dark roses next to light roses may cause colour transfer; preserved moss may also stain over time. These are natural processes and not considered defects.

Payment Method Promotional Offer Exclusions

American Express Offer Exclusion: Orders placed using an American Express promotional offer, statement credit, or similar incentive cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount code, or special offer unless explicitly stated. If multiple promotions are applied, the American Express offer will take precedence and all other discounts may be removed.

Klarna Offer Exclusion: Orders placed using a Klarna promotional offer, installment incentive, or statement credit cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated. If multiple promotions are applied, the Klarna offer will take precedence.
