Promotional Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Terms apply to all discounts, offers, incentives, card‑linked promotions, and marketing campaigns available on EsorAtelier.com. By participating in any promotion, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Non‑Stacking Policy

Only one promotion may be applied per order unless explicitly stated. Promotions that cannot be combined include discount codes, automatic discounts, seasonal or holiday promotions, free‑gift offers, card‑linked or bank‑registered offers, payment‑provider incentives (e.g., American Express Offers, Klarna incentives, Afterpay incentives, Shop Pay Installments promotions), and loyalty or referral rewards. If multiple promotions are applied at checkout, Esor Atelier® reserves the right to remove all but the eligible promotion.

2. Card‑Linked & Payment‑Provider Offers

Some customers may register for promotional incentives directly with their credit card provider or payment platform (including, but not limited to, American Express Offers, Klarna, Afterpay, and Shop Pay Installments). These offers are issued and managed solely by the payment provider, cannot be combined with Esor Atelier promotions unless explicitly stated, may override or remove other promotions if multiple offers are applied, and are subject to the provider's eligibility rules and approval processes. Esor Atelier® is not responsible for declined or unfulfilled card‑linked rewards, statement credit delays, offer expiration or withdrawal, or eligibility disputes between the customer and the payment provider. 3. Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated, promotions do not apply to jewellery fulfilled by third‑party partners, gift cards, custom orders, limited‑edition releases, collaborations or partner‑branded items, or items already discounted or part of a bundle. Esor Atelier® may exclude additional products or categories at any time.

4. Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on past orders, orders placed before a promotion begins, or orders placed after a promotion ends. Promotional pricing is valid only during the published promotional period.

5. Free‑Gift Promotions

If a promotion includes a complimentary item, the free gift is available while supplies last, substitutions may be made if inventory is limited, and if an order is returned or cancelled, the free gift must also be returned unused and in original condition. Failure to return the free gift may result in a deduction from the refund amount.

6. Promotion Validity

Each promotion is valid for a limited time, may include minimum spend requirements, may include product or category restrictions, and cannot be applied retroactively. Esor Atelier® reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7. Third‑Party Fulfillment & Partner Products

Some products sold on EsorAtelier.com are fulfilled by partner brands. Promotions may not apply to these items unless explicitly stated. Partner‑fulfilled items include, but are not limited to, jewellery designed and shipped by external manufacturers and collaborative or co‑branded products. These items follow the partner's pricing, warranty, and promotional rules.

8. Errors & Misprints

In the event of a pricing error, system glitch, or misprint, Esor Atelier® reserves the right to cancel or adjust the order, and customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.
