At Esor Atelier®, every arrangement and product is prepared with care and fulfilled either from our Oakville, Ontario studio or directly by select partner brands. Because we offer both Esor‑crafted products and third‑party branded jewellery, the following shipping policies apply.
1. ESOR ATELIER PRODUCTS (Florals & Lifestyle Goods)
Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment.
Standard processing: 24–72 hours. High‑volume periods or custom requests: up to 3 business days.
We work efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship for your personalized gift.
Product Availability
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you within 2 business days with the option to exchange the product, delay shipment, or receive a full refund.
2. THIRD‑PARTY BRANDED PRODUCTS (JEWELLERY)
Certain jewellery items sold on EsorAtelier.com are designed, manufactured, and fulfilled by ForeverRingsBySal, a brand under JS Diamonds Inc., shipped directly from the partner's facility (dropshipped), and subject to the partner's production timelines, packaging standards, and shipping methods.
Esor Atelier® acts as a retail platform for these items.
Jewellery Processing Time
Processing and production times for jewellery vary by item and may take longer than Esor Atelier products. Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page when available.
Jewellery Shipping & Delivery
Jewellery orders may ship separately from floral or lifestyle items, arrive in manufacturer packaging, require a signature upon delivery, and include insurance depending on the carrier. Delivery timelines depend on the manufacturer's fulfillment schedule and the destination.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees for Jewellery
For jewellery shipped internationally or from the manufacturer, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total. Refusal to pay duties does not qualify for a refund.
3. SHIPPING REGIONS
We currently ship to Canada, United States, Mexico, and select international destinations. All Esor Atelier products are fulfilled from Oakville, Ontario. Jewellery items may ship from the manufacturer's facility.
4. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.
Canada
Standard Shipping 2–7 business days. Express Shipping 1–3 business days.
United States
Standard Shipping 3–10 business days.
Tariffs, Duties & Import Fees (Canada → USA)
Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to U.S. customs duties, import tariffs, and local taxes or brokerage fees. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. If duties or taxes are assessed, the carrier will contact you directly for payment before delivery.
5. SHIPPING TO MEXICO
Esor Atelier® accepts select orders to Mexico for both Esor‑crafted products and eligible third‑party jewellery items. Availability varies by region and product type.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders to Mexico arrive within 7–21 business days after processing. Delivery timelines may vary due to customs inspections, regional carrier limitations, local holidays, and high‑value item screening (especially jewellery).
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Mexico)
Shipments to Mexico may be subject to import duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs inspection charges. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Esor Atelier® cannot estimate these charges in advance.
Restricted Items
Mexico has strict import regulations. Certain items may be restricted or prohibited, including perishable goods, certain natural materials, and high‑value jewellery without proper documentation. If an item cannot be cleared by Mexican customs, the package may be returned, delayed, or held. Esor Atelier® is not responsible for customs refusal. Refunds are not issued for packages refused due to unpaid duties or regulatory restrictions.
Jewellery Orders to Mexico
Jewellery fulfilled by ForeverRingsBySal / JS Diamonds Inc. may require additional documentation, signature upon delivery, extended customs processing, and insurance depending on carrier. If a jewellery shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, incorrect documentation, or customs restrictions, the order is not eligible for a refund.
6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside Canada, USA & Mexico)
Esor Atelier® accepts select international orders. Availability varies by region and product type.

Restrictions

If an international order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you within 2 business days and offer a full refund, a product substitution, or shipment to an alternate address (if applicable).
7. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery window. Jewellery shipments may include separate tracking details.
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Esor Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, lost packages resulting from address errors, or delivery issues caused by the carrier. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
9. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
To maintain the integrity of your arrangement or jewellery item, orders may require a signature upon delivery, packages should be brought indoors promptly, and Esor Atelier is not responsible for damage caused by weather exposure after delivery.
10. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Esor Atelier® and partner manufacturers are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed.
